Les Hautains Organic Pacherenc Du Vic-Bilh is an organic wine from the petit manseng, gros manseng and petit courbu grapes. Harvesting is manual, after three periods of successive sorting, from October to December. After the first two harvests in late October and early November, the grapes of the finest cuvees are harvested in mid-November.
