Dominio De Punctum Viento Aliseo Viognier
Dominio de Punctum is situated in the town of Las Pedroneras at the north end of La Mancha. It was founded in 2005 and is run by the Fernandez family. The estate includes over 370 acres of vineyards.
This Viento Aliseo Viognier is made from night harvested grapes which are fermented in stainless steel tanks to maintain a fresh acidity. The wine undergoes minimal filtration to retain its natural aromas and characteristics. Dominio de Punctum do not use pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers on the soil or chemicals in the winery.
