An elegant fortified dessert wine from Roussillon, crafted in the traditional Rivesaltes Grenat style. Produced from carefully selected grapes, the wine is fortified early during fermentation to preserve the natural sweetness and capture the intense character of the fruit.

Following a long traditional maceration in open 600-litre French oak barrels, the wine is pressed and matured in older French barrels, creating a beautifully balanced expression of rich fruit, sweetness and gentle spice.

Immortelle

Immortelle is a collection of handcrafted French wines created to celebrate the traditions and heritage of Roussillon, one of France’s most historic wine regions. Developed by Master of Wine Liam Stevenson and oenologist Pierrick Harang, the wines are inspired by the techniques of previous generations, at a time when winemaking was guided by patience, craftsmanship and a deep connection to the land.

The project is rooted in the vineyards of the Bousquet family, who have cultivated their vines in Roussillon for seven generations. Their dedication to preserving old vineyard traditions and respecting the natural character of the region provides the foundation for wines with authenticity, personality and a true sense of place.

Created through a passion for heritage and a desire to move away from industrial winemaking, Immortelle represents a modern revival of traditional French wine craftsmanship, honouring the growers and methods that shaped the history of Roussillon.
