Wednesday’s Domaine was created from a simple observation: drinking culture was changing, but the choices available to wine drinkers had not kept pace. Founded in 2021, the UK brand set out to create wines for people who still enjoy the ritual of opening a bottle, sharing a glass and sitting around the table, but who also want greater flexibility in how they drink.

The idea was not to position alcohol-free wine around restriction or abstinence, but around choice, connection and modern living. Wednesday’s Domaine aims to retain the pleasure and occasion associated with wine while giving drinkers options that fit more easily into everyday life.

The producer describes its approach as creating wine for those who want both the experience of today and the freedom of tomorrow. Its range has evolved from its original alcohol-free wines to include 6.5% wines, offering another option between full-strength and alcohol-free drinking.
