Chateau Montelena is a historic Napa Valley estate winery, founded in 1882 and located in Calistoga, California. The estate rose to global prominence after its Chardonnay won the legendary 1976 Judgment of Paris tasting, a moment that helped establish Napa Valley as a world-class wine region.
