Saint Valentine

• White rum 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl)
• Bin 27 port 1/2oz. (1.5 cl)
• Grand marnier 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl)
• Fresh-squeezed Lime Juice 1/2 oz. (1.5 cl)

Recipe: Into a shaker pour all the ingredients. Shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish: Orange zest
