Ingredients
- 60ml Ruby Port
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml cinnamon syrup
- 1 egg white (or 20ml aquafaba)
- Ground nutmeg
Method
- Dry shake ingredients to build foam.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Dust with nutmeg.
