Velvety and spiced, the Winter Spiced Port Sour enhances Ruby Port with cinnamon syrup and citrus, finished with a frothy foam and nutmeg. Ideal for festive entertaining.

Port Used: Ferreira Ruby Port
Glassware: Coupe glass

Ingredients

  • 60ml Ruby Port
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 20ml cinnamon syrup
  • 1 egg white (or 20ml aquafaba)
  • Ground nutmeg

Method

  1. Dry shake ingredients to build foam.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Dust with nutmeg.
