Port Used: Sandeman Tawny Port
Glassware: Small stemmed dessert or flip glass
Ingredients
- 75ml Tawny Port
- 1 whole egg
- 15ml vanilla syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Nutmeg to garnish
Method
- Dry shake all ingredients.
- Add ice and shake again until frothy.
- Strain into a stemmed dessert glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
