Maxime Trijol

Maxime Trijol is a respected independent Cognac producer based in the Grande Champagne region of France, founded in 1859. Still family-owned today, the house is known for its dual role as both grower and distiller, allowing complete control over production from vineyard to bottle.

The estate owns vineyards in Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, two of Cognac’s most prestigious crus, and operates its own distillery with traditional copper pot stills. Maxime Trijol produces a wide range of Cognacs, from youthful expressions to exceptionally old vintage releases, all characterised by depth, structure and aromatic complexity.
