Food Pairing

Food Pairing Suggestions

Here are a few serving suggestions and pairing ideas to help you get the most from this vermouth, whether you’re enjoying it with food or simply savouring it on its own.

Grilled prawns with lemon, parsley and a touch of garlic are a superb match because the bright citrus profile mirrors the freshness of the seafood. The herbal botanicals add another layer of flavour, while the clean finish keeps the pairing light and refreshing. Serve well chilled over ice.

Goat's cheese salad with fennel, cucumber and fresh herbs works beautifully because the vermouth's botanical character complements the aromatic ingredients. The citrus notes lift the creamy cheese, while the gentle spice brings extra complexity. Serve as a relaxed lunch or starter.

Meet The Producer

Meet The Producer Behind The Bottle

A brief look at the producer’s heritage and winemaking approach.

La Fuerza

La Fuerza is an Argentine vermouth brand created by a team of four partners with backgrounds in winemaking, hospitality, gastronomy and the drinks industry. The project was established to develop a vermouth rooted in Argentina, drawing on local wines and botanicals from the Andes.

The founding team includes Sebastian Zuccardi, a third-generation winemaker from the Zuccardi family, alongside chef and restaurateur Julian Diaz, drinks industry specialist Agustin Camps and journalist and entrepreneur Martin Auzmendi. Their combined experience brought together wine production, bar culture and a shared interest in developing a distinctive Argentine vermouth.

La Fuerza takes inspiration from Mendoza and the foothills of the Andes, where wine and botanicals form the basis of its approach. Rather than simply reproducing traditional European vermouth styles, the team has developed its own identity around Argentine ingredients and local drinking traditions.

The brand has grown beyond its original vermouth range to include aged expressions, limited releases and ready-to-drink aperitifs. It also operates La Fuerza Bar in Buenos Aires, connecting its drinks with the city's wider food and cocktail culture.

La Fuerza has gained international recognition, appearing among Drinks International's Top Trending Brands in both 2025 and 2026. Its development reflects growing interest in vermouth as a distinctive category in its own right, with Argentina contributing its own ingredients, flavours and traditions.

Our Review:

"I really like how fresh this feels. The citrus character is bright and lively, but the mix of herbs and botanicals gives it plenty of depth."
