Courvoisier Mizunara Cognac 2022
Courvoisier, established in 1828, is renowned for its meticulous selection of wood for ageing its cognacs. In 2015, the brand embarked on a pioneering journey by collaborating with Shinji Fukuyo, the Fifth Generation Chief Blender from the House of Suntory, to create a unique cognac aged in Japanese Mizunara oak casks.

The cognac undergoes initial ageing in French oak barrels before being transferred to Mizunara oak casks for a second maturation, a process that imparts unique flavours and complexity.
Only 500 bottles of this rare cognac were released globally, each individually numbered, emphasising its exclusivity. Each bottle elegantly showcases the golden mahogany hue of the liquid, with a depiction of the legendary Japanese Mizunara oak tree embossed in gold on the front, underscoring the cognac's unique maturation process.
