Boulard

Boulard is a renowned Calvados house from Normandy, France, founded in 1825 by Pierre-August Boulard. With nearly two centuries of expertise, the house has become one of the most recognised names in apple brandy production, known for its dedication to traditional distillation and long ageing in oak casks.

The spirit is crafted from carefully selected apples sourced from the Pays d’Auge region, an area prized for its quality fruit and ideal cider-making conditions. Through double distillation in copper pot stills and extended maturation, Boulard Calvados develops rich complexity, smooth texture and distinctive apple-driven character.
