Cartuxa Pera-Manca Branco
Originating from the prestigious vineyards of the Eugenio de Almeida Foundation in the Alentejo's Evora sub-region, Cartuxa wines are celebrated throughout Portugal, with Pera-Manca standing out for its deep connection to the country's rich history.

Crafted from a blend of Antao Vaz and Arinto grapes, Pera-Manca Branco undergoes careful vinification. The grapes are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, then destemmed and gently crushed.
Fermentation takes place in a combination of stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, all under precise temperature control at 16°C. After fermentation, the wine is aged on its lees for 12 months with regular batonnage. It then undergoes a further six months of bottle ageing before being released to the market.
