Tasting Notes

Grahams 20 Year Old Tawny Port

This port represents two decades of meticulous craftsmanship, blending the elegance of older wines with the vibrancy of younger vintages. Carefully selected from grapes grown on Graham’s four Douro Valley quintas, this tawny port is matured in seasoned oak casks at the 1890 Lodge in Vila Nova de Gaia.

The result is a wine that balances richness, depth, and refined sweetness, reflecting the artistry of blending, cooperage, and slow ageing passed down through generations.

Tasting Notes:

  • Its golden-amber colour catches the eye
  • The nose unfolds with a layered bouquet of ripe nuts, dried fruits, and a subtle hint of orange peel.
  • On the palate, the wine is rich yet soft, delivering luscious fruit flavours intertwined with gentle caramel notes.
  • A perfectly balanced sweetness leads into a long, elegant finish, leaving a lingering impression of sophistication and harmony.

Food Pairing:

Pairs beautifully with creamy desserts such as creme brulee or tiramisu, soft cheeses, and lightly toasted nuts.
