How is this port made?
  1. Grapes are hand-harvested from steep terraces of Quinta dos Malvedos.
  2. Fermentation is controlled to maximise flavour extraction and colour.
  3. Fortified with grape spirit to create a stable, sweet, high-alcohol wine.
  4. Wines are aged in oak and cask before bottling, developing concentration and complexity.
  5. In declared vintage years, the blend becomes Graham’s Vintage Port; in other years, it may be bottled as a Single Quinta Vintage Port.
Is it ready to drink?

Vintage Port typically benefits from ageing in the bottle for several years, but may also be enjoyed upon release depending on personal preference.

Vintage Port often develops sediment in the bottle and should be carefully decanted before serving.
