Sandeman Royal Ambrosante Pedro Ximenez 20 Year Old Sherry
The juice from the naturally raisined grapes is richly concentrated and intensely sweet, preventing the yeasts from fully fermenting the sugars. This produces a luxuriously treacle-like wine, which is then fortified with grape spirit. Aged in a Solera system in Jerez dating back to 1894, the resulting Pedro Ximenez boasts an average age of 20 years.

This sherry is ready to drink and does not require decanting. Serve chilled, between 10ºC-12ºC. Once open, it will remain fresh for up to 8 weeks.
This Sandeman wine is excellent on its own. Pair with acid fruits like apple and orange, pastries, chocolate, vanilla ice-cream and even black coffee.
