Perez Marin La Guita En Rama Manzanilla

Crafted by Hijos de Rainera Perez Marin in Sanlucar de Barrameda. This exceptional unfiltered Manzanilla sherry is made exclusively from 100% Palomino grapes grown in the renowned coastal vineyards of Miraflores.

The wine spends around five years maturing under flor in seasoned American oak butts, developing its signature finesse and maritime freshness. Bottled with only light filtration, it captures the full authenticity and complexity of traditional Manzanilla. Certified vegan, it beautifully expresses the distinctive saline character for which Sanlucar sherries are celebrated.

  • Aromas of chamomile, lemon zest, and coastal herbs rise from the glass
  • The palate is vibrant and textured, offering layers of preserved citrus, green olive, and almond, lifted by a bright, saline edge
  • The finish is long, savoury, and delicately briny, with lingering notes of dried apple and sea air

Superb alongside salty cheeses, Iberian ham, or fried seafood, this Manzanilla captures the pure essence of the Andalusian coast.
