Part of the Gonzalez Byass Superior Range, the Alfonso Oloroso Seco is a premium sherry crafted from the finest Palomino grapes grown in the Jerez Superior zone. Expertly aged in traditional casks, this sherry captures the richness, depth, and complexity that define Gonzalez Byass heritage.
- Golden amber in colour from extended contact with oxygen, it presents a round, intense nose with pronounced nuttiness. Hazelnuts and walnuts from the Palomino grapes complemented by subtle oak, truffle, and leather notes
- The palate is full-bodied, structured, and layered, revealing hints of vanilla
- Surprising touch of sweetness on the finish
Serve slightly chilled between 10–12°C in a small white wine glass. Ideal with rich meat stews, and cured meats.
