Blandy's Sercial 10 Year Old Madeira
Much of the Sercial grape crop is grown on the higher slopes in southern Madeira, where cooler conditions help preserve the grape’s lively acidity. After a five-day fermentation, the wine is fortified, giving it a distinctly dry character. It is then matured for around a decade through the traditional canteiro method.
