  2. They are destemmed, crushed and fermented in lagares (traditional stone vats) with careful maceration and constant churning to extract colour, tannins and aromatics.
  3. Fermentation is halted with grape brandy to preserve natural sweetness.
  4. Wines from different harvests are blended, each aged in oak casks for varying lengths of time.
  5. The final blend reflects an average age of 40 years, showcasing the oxidative complexity and concentration gained through long cask ageing.
How should it be stored?
