Port Old Fashioned

Fill the glass with ice. Place the following ingredients in the shaker: Taylor's Fine Tawny Port, Whisky Bourbon and a bar spoon of marmalade. Shake. Double strain to the glass. Add the soda and stir gently.

Garnish: Marmalade and ginger smoke

Glass: On the rocks

Ingredients:

• 3cl Taylor's Fine Tawny Port
•  2,5cl Whisky Bourbon or Aged Rum
• Bar spoon Marmalade
• 2cl Soda
