Ingredients
- 15ml Tequila
- 25ml Croft pink port
- 30ml Grapefruit Juice
- Topped sparkling wine
- Marmalade
Pour all the ingredients, except the sparkling wine, in a shaker. Dissolve the marmalade and shake vigorously. Strain with a fine mesh strainer. Add sparkling wine to taste.
