Pink Jalisco Flower Cocktail

Ingredients

15ml Tequila

25ml Croft Pink Port

30ml Grapefruit Juice

Topped Sparkling Wine

Marmalade

Pour all the ingredients, except the Sparkling Wine, in a shaker. Dissolve the marmalade and shake vigorously. Strain with a fine mesh strainer. Add Sparkling Wine to taste.
