Tommasi Fiorato Recioto Della Valpolicella Classico
From the single-hectare “Fiorato” vineyard, the grapes for this Recioto are handpicked and naturally dried in crates for five months. After a long skin maceration and fermentation in wooden vats over 30 days at 26–28°C, the wine matures for 12 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
