Grapes are hand-picked at the optimum time, next the grapes are then destemmed, crushed and converted into wine through a process of careful maceration, enhanced by constant churning during fermentation. It is aged for a minimum of 3 years.

Chill to 12–14°C and serve in a white‑wine glass or small Port glass to highlight aromatics and texture.
