Gonzalez Byass Matusalem VORS 30 Year Old Oloroso Sherry Dulce
An extraordinary Sherry from the prestigious Gonzalez Byass VORS collection. Produced in very limited quantities, this exceptional wine is crafted by enriching mature dry Oloroso with 25% Pedro Ximenez before undergoing further ageing in its own solera for more than 30 years.
The result is a beautifully balanced Sweet Oloroso, where rich dried fruit sweetness meets the structure and complexity developed through decades of maturation. Elegant, velvety and intensely expressive, Matusalem is one of Jerez's finest aged Sherries.
Tasting Profile:
- Appearance: Deep mahogany with rich amber highlights.
- Nose: Complex aromas of raisins, dried fruits, cocoa, leather, warming spices and mature oak.
- Palate: Smooth, rich and velvety with layers of dried fruit, caramelised sweetness and refined oak.
