Disznoko Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos
Disznoko Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos is crafted using hand-selected grapes affected by noble rot, picked individually over several passes through the vineyard to ensure perfect ripeness.
The berries are then macerated in must according to the traditional “puttonyos” measure. A historic system reflecting the sweetness level. After pressing, fermentation is completed in stainless steel, followed by two and a half years of ageing in new oak barrels.
