Port Used: Graham’s Six Grapes Ruby Port
Glassware: Heatproof glass mug or handled mulled-wine glass

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 150ml Ruby Port
• 150ml cloudy apple juice
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cloves
• 1 star anise
• Peel of half an orange
• 1 tsp honey
• 20ml brandy

Method

1. Heat the apple juice, spices, and orange peel in a small saucepan for 5 minutes.
2. Add the Port and honey, warming gently without boiling.
3. Stir in the brandy just before serving.
4. Strain into heatproof mugs.
