Covi Jerez is a co-operative which represents growers from all of the Sherry Triangle. With a commitment to respecting the vineyards and wine growers in the Cadiz province. In 2008, Covi Jerez decided to develop its own brand of wines, vinegars and dressings. Entering the market to compete as another winery, creating their high quality range of sherries `Mira la Mar`.
Mira La Mar Manzanilla Sherry is a type of fortified wine from the palomino grape. Production is in the coastal town of Sanlucar de Barrameda, in the Jerez region of southern Spain. Manzanilla is a lighter and more delicate style of sherry, with a distinct flavour profile that sets it apart from other types of sherry such as fino, amontillado, and oloroso.
