Port & Game Sausage Rolls
The perfect festive recipe to treat and share with friends!

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
200g game mince
200g pork mince
1000g puff pastry sheet
100g diced onion
100ml Ruby port
Pinch of fresh thyme
Pinch of fresh sage
Pinch of salt & pepper
Method:
- Mix the game mince, pork mince, diced onion, chopped herbs, ruby port, salt and pepper
- Place the mixture on the pastry and roll over to form a sausage roll
- Crimp the edges, score the top and brush with egg wash
- Place into a hot oven (180ºC) for 25 minutes
- Once cooked removed from the oven and allow to rest
- Slice and serve warm with a little chutney on the side
