Port of Leith Oloroso Sherry 75cl
Founded in 1631, Bodegas Baron is a small producer obsessed with quality. Their oloroso sherry has delicious complex flavours of crisp toffee, orange peel and plump raisins.
They use the un-matured version of their oloroso to season oak casks in Sanlicar de Barrameda, in the heart of Jerez in South West Spain. These oak casks then take a journey to Scotland where they are filled with whisky from the Port of Leith Distillery.
