Belsazar Dry Vermouth

Belsazar Dry Vermouth is a premium quality vermouth from Germany. It is a product of Black Forest Distillers, a family owned business that has been producing high quality wine since 2011.

  • Lower sugar content than sweet vermouths
  • Flavours of the herbs and spices to shine through, creating a complex and nuanced flavour profile
  • Notes of gentian, Seville orange, cinchona, coriander and absinthe
  • On the palate, the vermouth has a smooth and velvety texture, with flavours of bitter herbs and spices,
  • Slightly sweet finish

Pair the vermouth with foods that have a similar flavour profile, such as fresh herbs, green vegetables, and aromatic spices. The fresh, green flavour of grilled asparagus pairs well with the herbal and floral notes of the vermouth. The tanginess of the lemon and the nuttiness of the Parmesan also complement the complex flavour profile.

It is also a popular ingredient in the kitchen. Use to add depth and complexity to sauces, marinades, and dressings.

It is an extremely versatile spirit that can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a cocktail. It is a popular ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Martini, the Manhattan, and the Negroni. It can also be used in modern cocktails, such as the Belsazar Spritz, which combines Belsazar Dry Vermouth with tonic water, lemon juice, and a dash of orange bitters.

Vermouth has been capturing the attention of cocktail enthusiasts and mixologists around the world.

Created in 2013 by Sebastian Brack, Maximilian Wagner, and Philipp Schladerer. The trio shared a passion for creating exceptional spirits and decided to create a vermouth that was unlike any other.
