The Cotswold Port Co.
The pretty Gloucestershire village of Aston Magna may be a long way from the ancient wine cellars of Portugal, but that hasn’t stopped Graeme and Jo Davis from running a successful internet business specialising in the finest port, Madeira and Champagne.
The Cotswold Port Co. was launched in 2006 by the couple after they relocated from Scotland and it has been going from strength to strength, even supplying a ten-year-old tawny port for Marco Pierre White’s Great British Feast TV programme last year.
The company has a vast selection of ports for Christmas as well as a range of port gift sets, including a 20-year-old port with two glasses and a box of Taylor’s Finest.

Marco Pierre White’s Great British Feast on ITV
We had the opportunity last summer to participate in The Great British Feast, broadcast on ITV.
The feast was a celebration of all things British, with courses including venison, smoked eel & fish pie. However, when it came to the end of the meal it really had to be Stilton, served with Port of course. True, Port can only ever be Portuguese in origin, but somehow Port and Stilton is quintessentially British.
We supplied the Great British Feast with a ten year old tawny port – great with cheese and with the added advantage of not requiring decanting; very useful when you have 230 guests to serve.
