We use Parcelforce to deliver our goods
to you because they have a good UK-wide
network and they offer you, our customers,
some unique options when it comes to delivery.
It is always best to have someone around
to sign for the package when it is delivered.
If you cannot be there you might want
to get it delivered to your workplace
instead, using our "deliver to"
option when you check out - the same one
you would use if you were sending it as
a gift to someone else.
If you're not in when Parcelforce attempt
to deliver the goods they have a couple
of free options - you can phone and arrange
a free re-delivery or you can collect
from your local Parcelforce Worldwide
depot.
We can arrange for a Saturday delivery
but this is an expensive option as it
is subject to an £11.00 surcharge
- please feel free to contact us if you
have a special request for delivery.
Most postcodes in the UK are covered
by Parcelforce's standard 48-hour service
but some areas are subject to higher costs
and longer delivery times. Postcodes that
may take longer to deliver to are some
in Aberdeen, Dundee, Holy Island, Scottish
Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man,
Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern
Ireland.
We take and process orders up to 8PM
each evening - orders received in time
will be sent for dispatch the next working
day and it will then take the selected
delivery option time to reach you - either
48 hours or next day by 10AM.

Please let us know if your goods did
not reach you in the allotted time and
we will seek a partial refund from Parcelforce
for lateness.
